The Artemis II mission has completed a critical engine burn that will propel the Orion spacecraft on its journey to the far side of the Moon

The Artemis II astronauts have entered their second flight day of a planned 10-day mission that will take them around the Moon - and further into space than humans have ever been.

The custom suits are equipped with survival gear in case the crew has to exit the spacecraft after splashdown — and are easily visible in the ocean.

Nasa has said it's back in the business of sending astronauts to the moon, after the Artemis II mission successfully blasted off from Cape Canaveral in Florida.

Four astronauts are on board the flight, which is the first crewed moon mission since 1972.
