Most of the 10,591 Quebec households that were still without power Thursday evening should have their electricity restored by Friday. That’s according to Premier François Legault and Hydro-Québec.
Power was restored to areas in and around Carnation as high winds took down power lines and plunged the area into darkness Wednesday.
