Earlier this month we had the 2nd edition of French Camp here at the château, a 1-week French language and cultural immersion program. Each day we a few hours of French class that prepared us for a local activity where we were able to practice what we learned. We spent an afternoon with a French chef cooking up some regional specialties, went to visit a beekeeper and tasted several different types of honey, we toured a vineyard and had a tasting session at the château to discover local wines.
