Sky Ranch Motel (2009 Fremont) is now Rodeway Inn – RIP to one of the best motel signs in Las Vegas. The Zotti family opened the motel in '55 and the classic neon was added in '56. The Patel family operated the motel from '89 until 2021 when they sold to the current owner. The landmark sign was already stripped of its neon last year.
