TAXI fails to stop following a serious hit-and-run in Leeds At 9.11pm yesterday, police were contacted by the ambulance service who were attending a road traffic collision in Foundry Approach, #Harehills, #Leeds. The rider of pedal cycle, a 19-year-old man, had received serious injuries after he was involved in a collision with a taxi at the junction with Bellbrooke Avenue.
