BLACK MUNTU INTERVIEW IN 2000. Black Muntu released their album Wisakama in December1999 under the Mondo Music label and it was fire. The album came with a new sound.called Kalinfunku.They said it was a mixture of Hip hop with Kalindula ( a Luapula song and dance develped in Samfya and popularized by miners in the Copperbelt in the 1940s) and Infunkutu, a Bemba secret dance for imbusa ( girls under initiation).
